1. Orange poached shrimp with sweet chilli sauce, cocktail sauce and chive emulsion
2. Grilled Portobelo  red pepper, goat cheese, with balsamic reduction

1. 10 oz. Filet mignon, bleu cheese smashed potato, french beans, red wine demi-glace
2. Blackened salmon, sweet corn risotto, wilted greens, salsa fresca
